Brewing Instructions

Hot Tea Steeping Instructions:

1. Place one True Honey Teas bag in a mug.
2. Pour 8-10 ounces of hot water over tea bag.
3. Let steep for 5-7 minutes and enjoy!

Iced Tea Steeping Instructions:
(For best results brew the night before in a pitcher):

1. Place one True Honey Teas bag per 12-16oz of water (8 bags for a gallon)
2. Use boiling water
3. Let cool on the counter and place in refrigerator
4. For immediate enjoyment, brew one tea bag with 6oz of water and pour over ice after 20 minutes

I am not a tea person. But I do love a good alternative to coffee. And of course to offer my guests. I found your tea at a specialty shop on the central coast of California. And I liked it so much that I wanted to keep it on hand. My guests love it too. It’s lemony with a little bite from the ginger and you can really taste the honey. It’s the perfect tea as far as I’m concerned.
