Brewing Instructions

Hot Tea Steeping Instructions:

1. Place one True Honey Teas bag in a mug.
2. Pour 8-10 ounces of hot water over tea bag.
3. Let steep for 5-7 minutes and enjoy!

Iced Tea Steeping Instructions:
(For best results brew the night before in a pitcher):

1. Place one True Honey Teas bag per 12-16oz of water (8 bags for a gallon)
2. Use boiling water
3. Let cool on the counter and place in refrigerator
4. For immediate enjoyment, brew one tea bag with 6oz of water and pour over ice after 20 minutes

Not my favorite.

This tea is such an experience. I tried a tiny sample at a con, and couldn't quit thinking about it until I went back and bought some. I usually drink my tea black, but I do love honey in it, as well. The problem is that I can't manage to put honey in it without making a mess.... then I use too much or too little.... it's never the calming cuppa I'm hoping for.

But True Honey Teas solve all my problems. You brew it just like a normal tea bag. The tea itself is excellent quality, with just the right amount of bergamot and lavender. The tea has the perfect amount of honey - enough to make it sweet and refreshing at the same time, without overpowering the tea itself. I'm so glad to discover that they have a website so I can try the other flavors and restock when I ineviatably run out.
